Mike has been working on site for 3D Personnel since January 2023. Currently based at the JJ Rhatigan MTU site in Tralee, he operates as gate person and helps to keep everything running smoothly there. He also acts as a Site Safety Representative.

Our Labour Manager Shane Mulcahy, had this to say about Mike:

Mike was the first person on the Tralee MTU site for 3D Personnel and he quickly became a core member of the team there. First on site in the morning and last to leave, he serves as a great example to others. Mike is very deserving of this award. Well done Mike.

Mike was also recently presented with a Safety Performer award from JJ Rhatigan & Company for his work at the MTU Tralee site.

Sam Anderson representing our UK offices

Sam has been working with 3D Personnel as a Contractor since 2023. Moving to London from New Zealand, he reached out to fellow Kiwi Sarah Swann, who looks after our White Collar Contractors. With Sarah’s guidance, Sam was able to secure a role as an Assistant Site Manager with one of our large Tier 1 Contractors, Bouygues UK.

Sam is currently on site looking after Phase 1 of Ebury Bridge Estate, at the Fit-Out stage and has quickly progressed with his drive, initiative and proactive approach on site.

Sarah had this to say about Sam’s journey;

I could tell from my first call with Sam his drive and determination to get his foot in the door in the Construction industry here in London. As soon as the role came up with Bouygues UK, I knew this would be the perfect opportunity for Sam to quickly progress in. I am constantly having calls and meetings on site and getting only positive feedback from not only Sam’s teams but Project Directors and Managers.

I look forward to being a part of Sam’s ongoing progression in the London Construction Industry.

Keep up the great work Sam - 👏
