​Shane joined the 3D team in Cork having spent the previous two years in recruitment, following several years working in sales/account management. His experience covers B2B telecommunications, oil, cyber security and life sciences & automation.

This experience of working in multiple roles and sectors, while interacting with a variety of people, has helped Shane to develop a great ability in building relationships and trust with clients and candidates alike.

He currently manages the day-to-day requirements in the Cork office, supporting our clients and candidates working on site.

Highlighting his simple approach to work he comments:

Another long-suffering Manchester United fan (at least with Roy Keane on his doorstep he has an excuse), he enjoys all sports. And if he could ever get his swing under control, with his excellent short game, he could be a Cork rival for the other Shane! For now, he’s sticking to Pitch and Putt.
