Ciaran joined 3D Personnel after relocating to London in January 2024. Prior to moving into recruitment, he spent over 12 years working within the construction industry, specialising in structural steel fabrication and erection across a variety of major construction sites. His hands-on site experience, combined with a deep understanding of trades and labour requirements, gives him a practical and informed approach to recruitment.
Having progressed from labourer to team lead during his construction career, Ciaran brings valuable insight into site operations, workforce management, and the day-to-day demands faced by both clients and workers. Alongside his construction background, his experience in hospitality has strengthened his communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, helping him build trusted relationships and consistently deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Ciaran is motivated by delivering results for clients on a daily basis and takes pride in his strong work ethic and determination to see every job through successfully. He believes his commitment, reliability, and drive to achieve positive outcomes contribute strongly to the continued success of 3D Personnel.
Outside of work, Ciaran is heavily involved in Gaelic football. He currently plays for the London GAA Senior Men’s team and his club side, North London Shamrocks. When he is not on the pitch, he enjoys socialising with friends and exploring everything London has to offer.
