New Innovation and Enterprise Centre for Dublin’s

After recent investments of €30m in 133 apartments, a new 3,000 square metre Innovation and Enterprise Centre is to be built in Tallaght, Dublin. It is hoped that the new infrastructure and the regeneration of the Cookstown Industrial estate will lead to economic growth for the area, which is being provided through the fact that that Cookstown is a designated neighbourhood in the Tallaght Local Area Plan. It is hoped that the first sod will be turned in the 4^th quarter of 2021.
