New 40 Bedroom Hotel for Newry, Co. Down

Planning permission for a new 40 Bedroom Hotel in Newry, Co. Down has been approved.  To be developed by Mamboscope Developments Ltd and designed by GMR Architects, the project on 90 Hill Street/10 The Mall will see the demolition of one of the single storey buildings and the construction of four new floors, while retaining the existing form and fabric of the listed buildings.  The hotel will also have facilities such as a gym, a coffee shop and a restaurant/bar.
