3 D Personnel

At 155m, what will be the world’s tallest octagonal residential building, has been given authorisation for planning permission in Birmingham.  The 49-story building will provide panoramic views to the eight apartments on each floor; and so, will create 370 new built to rent homes.

The tower is the latest phase of the Paradise Scheme, which is located on 17 acres in the Paradise area of Brimingham City and is being developed by Argent.  £700m will be invested in the total project, which up until now, has been built by BAM and Sir Robert McAlpine.
