Selection of contractors to build 3,200 UK homes

Anchor Hanover, a later living specialist, has selected a number of contractors to build 3,200 homes for the older segment.  They include:

Wilmott Dixon

Vistry

Castleoak

Engie

United Living

McClaren Construction

Higgins Construction

Hill Partnerships Ltd

Durkan

Seddon Construction

Esh

The selected contractors can bid on developments, with the tender processes in Newmarket, Suffolk and York to begin in a month.  The Newmarket project, 69 two and one bedroom apartments, will commence by the Autumn; while the York project, 58 apartments, will start in November.
