£40m 604-bed student accommodation for Leeds

GMI Construction will build a £40m 604 bed student accommodation in Carlton Hill in Leeds.  The current 239 bed structure will be demolished and replaced with Pickard Properties’ 15 storey development.  It is hoped that it will open its doors to students in September 2023.
