FORE Partnership, an ethical investor, is to plough £300m into 1,000 later living homes in southern and central England. As a first step, a former school, St Christopher’s School in the Westbury Park area to the north of in Bristol, has been targeted. The £80m project will see the existing 8,600 square metres of buildings redeveloped on the five-acre site. An extension is also in the plans.
