Initiative Ireland and Fairfield Real Estate Finance have announced that they will finance the construction of 5,000 new homes in Ireland over the next 3 years, which will lead to 3,000 new construction jobs and 20 new finance jobs at Initiative Ireland. Initiative Ireland’s main business is the funding of social, affordable and mid-market housing developments, and aims to have a social and environmental impact via innovative and ethical financial solutions. Their objective is to make the €600m accessible to small, medium and large-scale developers across the country.
