Conygar, a developer, has applied for planning permission for a 700 bed student scheme at the Island Quarter in Nottingham. It is understood that DAY Architects was involved in the design of the project which includes studios and cluster living. The Student Scheme is the first phase of a project which will also consider rental apartments in the second phase.
It is hoped that the accommodation will be available to students in September 2023.
