3 D Personnel

Apache Capital, an investment group, has announced plans to invest £1.6bn in 3,000 new homes across the UK.  The houses will fall under the build-to-rent scheme and will be built by Present Made.  Initial projects will be in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.  The Modular Homes methodology will be used with a view to creating higher quality, energy saving homes, with less waste, at lower cost and all at built in reduced time periods.

The company is targeting the ever growing rental market in the UK, (1.8m families with children in England).  The predictions are that half of today’s new-borns will grow up in rented accommodation.
