Willmott Dixon will build another 382 new homes on the Gascoigne East Estate in Barking, London. The developer received funding of £135m for Phase 2 of the regeneration project, which comprises 9 blocks. 217 of the homes will be “affordable”.
As Willmott Dixon are currently working on section “C1” of the project, it is expected that the transition to the second phase, made up of sections “E2”, “F1” and “F2” will be seamless.
