UK’s JV North consortium of housing associations

UK’s JV North consortium of housing associations has initiated the process for selecting suppliers for its Contractors Framework. The consortium plans to invest £540m in UK social homes over the next four years and is evaluating potential future suppliers. The largest category is the above £10m segment, for which six suppliers will be chosen. While 8 places will be allocated on both the below £4m and the £4m to £10m categories.
