£161m housing scheme for north London

Countryside, a developer, has received full planning permission for a £161m housing regeneration scheme in Kilburn in North West London and will be assisted by Child Graddon Lewis Architects & Designers, the architect for the project, Peel Place.  The plans include a new public plaza, a health centre, a gym, retail spaces and 308 new homes.
