Hill, a developer, and the Housing Association, Home Group, have agreed to form a joint venture for another regeneration project in London. The Douglas Bader Park estate in Colindale, which was built in the 1970s, will see the existing 271 homes being replaced with 481 homes for private sale and 272 for affordable homes.
Levitt Bernstein, an architect, has included blocks of up to nine stories in the plans. It is expected that the three phases will be finished in 2031.
