32-storey skyscraper planned for former London counter terrorism headquarters

3 D Personnel

Berkeley Homes has submitted a planning application for a 32-storey skyscraper which would replace the former counter terrorism headquarters, Paddington Green Police Station, in Paddington, central London.  If approved, the old Police Station would be demolished and replaced with 556 flats, (of which 210 would be “affordable”), and 6,170 square metres of retail and office floor space.

Consultation events with Paddington residents have already taken place.  It is understood that a final decision by the authorities has not yet been made.
