A 43.11 hectare site, just north of Finglas Village in Dublin, is being considered for redevelopment. The proposal is to completely transform the brownfield site, located between McKee Avenue and Jamestown Road, building 2,200 new sustainable homes for the social and private market, as well as modern business units.
