A 160m, 51 story, residential skyscraper will become the tallest building in Birmingham after getting the green light for the second time. The plans were originally approved in 2019. Nonetheless, Court Collaboration, the developer, after having engaged with local stakeholders, decided to resubmit.
The project which comprises two buildings, one of them including a 16 story block, will be a build-to-rent-led mixed-use scheme and is located close to the new HS2 station on Curzon Street. The facilities will include 667 flats, a cinema, a sky lounge, a gym, residential gardens and courtyard spaces.
A start date has not as yet been announced.
