£17.5m new home for the Museum of London

3 D Personnel

Keltbray has been chosen to lead the construction of the £17.5m new home for the Museum of London in West Smithfield, London.  The project will involve major restoration works to the General Market building, with a view to preserving the decorative elevations of original Victorian structures, which are over 130 years old.  Digital engineering will be employed so as to maintain the existing iron, stone and brickwork structure.

A start date has not as yet been announced.
