Kirkland Investments is to lodge a planning application for a development in in Ballysimon, Limerick which will include a new €140m hospital, a hotel and other developments. The hospital would be ran by the Bon Secours Health System and would include 150 beds, creating 250 permanent jobs.
It is expected that that the application will be lodged in the first half of 2021. All going well, construction would begin in the latter half of 2022 with a view to treating its first patients in 2025.
