3 D Personnel

Intel Ireland have announced that there will be “additional opportunity for investment” when they publish the details to their next wave of expansions.  It is expected that the project will support a new “foundry” unit which will make chips for third parties.

The company will have invested €7bn over a three year period ending December 2021 on the so-called “Fab Project”, which will have created 5,000 construction jobs and 1,600 permanent operating jobs.

We look forward to further announcements.
