Full Planning consent has been given for a new 29 acre industrial and logistics development in Birmingham.  37,000m2 of industrial & logistics space will be divided up amongst 8 units on the old Pilkington Automotive and GKN Aerospace manufacturing plants, Eckersall Road, in Kings Norton and will be known as the Spectrum Logistics Park.

The project will be developed by a partnership between the St Francis Group the Richardson family and will be built to an elevated BREEAM rating.  Demolition work is to start in May of this year, with the first units being ready by Autumn 2022.
