Hines, a US real estate group, in conjunction with APG Asset Management, it’s Dutch joint venture partners, are to lodge planning permission for another 403 homes on Dublin’s Player Wills and Bailey Gibson site, which would be the third and final phase of the project.
Planning permission for the first phase was granted in September 2020. However, the 410 homes are subject to a judicial review by local residents which should happen between the 13th and 16th of April of this year.
The Group is presently waiting for a decision regarding planning permission for the second phase of the South Circular Road project, which would comprise 732 homes in three blocks up to 19 storeys.
The third phase would entail 403 homes in four blacks ranging in height from 3 to 16 storeys, and would include 247 one-bedroom apartments, 107 two-bedroom apartments, 40 studios and 9 nine 2-bedroom duplexes.
