Planning permission has been granted to developers Quintain for a third site in Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin, for a further 235 new homes. They will comprise 76 apartments and 159 houses. It is expected that construction on the €80m project will begin in April with the first homes being sold towards the end of 2021.
The construction of 245 new homes will commence on a second site, Tandy's Lane Village, once the coronavirus restrictions have been lifted. The sale of 237 houses on another site, Somerton, also in Lucan, Co. Dublin is due to begin shortly.
