Cork City Council will develop 600 new homes, as well as a school and a shop, at Old Whitechurch Road. The project will focus on affordable and social housing and will be financed by the Government’s Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund. A public procurement competition has been opened on E-tenders.
As part of Cork City Council’s drive to meet housing demands, it has opened a separate public procurement competition, so as to identify developers, builders and landowners that would be interested in collaborating in the coming years. It closes on the 7th of April 2021:
