Dublin City Council has granted the O’Flynn Group permission to build 1,123 apartments, a 148-bedroom hotel as well as commercial units on the Naas Road, Dublin. Known as Southwest Gate, with access from both the Naas Road and Walkinstown Avenue, the project will see an investment of €625m. It will link City Centre with the suburbs via the Luas Red Line. The apartments will comprise social and affordable housing, some will be rented, and others will be sold.
