Glenveagh has lodged planning permission for 702 apartments for Dublin’s Sheriff Street, which will be considered by An Bórd Pleanála. The project will comprise nine blocks, ranging from 1 to 18 storeys and includes four live-work duplex units, eight two-bed duplexes, 15 three-bed units, 169 two-bed units, 406 one-bed units and 100 studios. Located at Castleforbes Business Park at Sheriff Street and East Road, Dublin 1, it would be only 400m from the Spencer Dock Luas stop.
