New €12.6m primary care facility for Enniscorthy, Co Wexford

Primary Health Properties, a London-listed healthcare property investor, brought its total number of operations in Ireland to 18, with the recent 25 year lease of a property from the HSE.  €12.6m will be invested in an effort to bring the building up to standard.  It is hoped that it will be operational by the end of March, 2022.
