Who you will work for?
3D Specialist Contracting Limited a subcontracting company working on various sites throughout Ireland and are looking to recruit an in-house accountant to join the team in Dublin. The position is part-time working five mornings a week. The successful candidate will be working directly with the directors and stakeholders of the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & review of year-end financial statements.
- Monthly management accounts.
- Processing payroll on a weekly basis (for circa eighteen employees).
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable.
- Credit control.
- Bank and Payment Provider Reconciliations.
- Data entry on Accounts packages.
- Cost Analysis.
- VAT.
- Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT).
- Office Administration.
Suitable applicants will be /be able to demonstrate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA CIMA) with a minimum of three to four years’ experience working in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of VAT, RCT and Payroll taxes.
- Practical experience with Sage50 and Micropay (or similar accounting software) is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible approach to work with the capability of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Ambitious, hardworking, and driven to achieve at the highest level.
