​With over 23 years of Recruitment industry experience the majority of which has been spent working for both Plc and National Construction and Build Environment agencies, Steve joins 3D Personnel as UK Operations Director.

Steve has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge through the supply of Trades, Labour and Professional and Technical staff on both a contract and permanent basis to clients in the UK and Europe. During his recruitment career he has also built teams and divisions including a national construction and maintenance recruitment business, where he progressed from Team Manager through to Managing Director.

Operationally and strategically focused Steve is an organised and client centric recruitment leader who strives to achieve excellence and a professional service to clients, contacts, and candidates alike.

When not supporting 3D’s UK offices, Steve can be found supporting Watford FC, spending time with his family and trying to complete his every growing house refurb and DIY list, much to the annoyance of his wife.
