​Doz is the longest serving member of our Southampton team, which he joined back in 2015. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the construction sector both on the South coast and nationally.

His knowledge stretches across all construction verticals, and this pays dividends for his established 3D Personnel client base and new 3D clients looking for a reliable construction agency supplier. In addition, his grasp of regional Trades and Labour availability means that he can quickly and commercially access client needs, before supplying quality screened 3D Personnel operatives to our client’s demanding construction projects.

When not on site you may find Doz on the terraces at St Mary’s watching Southampton FC, or spending quality time with his family and friends.
