3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for May. This month’s recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, in all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. We ever have a father and son combination this month. Congratulations to you all.

Florin and Dino Constantin representing our Southampton office
Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
Petronela Constantin representing our London office
Petronela has worked for 3D Personnel for four years; two of which have been on site for our client Lawtech Group Ltd., during which time she has gone above and beyond on site representing all of 3D's core values.
Michael Boyle - Commercial Manager at 3D, recently met with Petronela at the site office to present her with the award. He had this to say:
Petronela has been a great asset for 3D Personnel over the last four years and has had glowing references from all our clients on her attitude, reliability and work ethic.

Alfred, or Alfie has been a long-term employee with 3D Personnel and in that time has proven himself invaluable on whichever sites he worked on. He has been working as a Snagger/Handyman, as part of the 3D Specialist Contracting Services team, at the Charleston Woods development in Midleton, Co Cork for over a year now.
Christopher Byrne, QS on site in Midleton had this to say.
Alfie is a great worker who can turn his hand to lots of different jobs on site. He’s always in demand, so we are very happy to have him here for the duration of this project.
Living close by also allows Alfie to hone his golfing skills when he’s not on site.
Well done to Alfie. We’ll have to keep you in mind for the next 3D golf outing! 🏌🏻♀️

In a first for our Employee of the Month awards, we have a Father and son team sharing the honours in Southampton. The pair, Florin and Dino Constantin, have gone above and beyond for 3D Personnel over their time with us, with excellent client feedback.
Steve Woodward - Operations Director for the UK had this to say about team Constantin:
Florin and Dino are always on time, hardworking and adaptable to the needs and expectations of our clients. The guys drop everything to get to site for us and never complain when a job is in a remote location or is short term. Plus, they are also always happy to go the extra mile to pick up and drop off other 3D workers to site.
