​3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for April. This month’s recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, in all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you all.

The chosen three are, in no particular order:

  • Abubakar representing our London office

  • John Valbergs representing our Dublin office

  • Lee Morris representing our Southampton office

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.

Abubakar representing our London office

Congratulations to Abubakar (or Mo as he is often referred to), who embodies everything that 3D stands for, Abubakar has worked for 3D Personnel for over 10 years and is currently on site working on a Ballymore project in Brentford.

To recognise his hard work and dedication Nathan McElwaine from 3D Personnel’s Specialist Contracting division dropped into site to congratulate Abubaker personally.

Nathan commented;

Abubaker is always on time, very helpful to everyone onsite and the logistics team are really pleased with his work ethic, receiving excellent feedback from the site regarding his work.

John Valbergs representing our Dublin office

John has been working for 3D Personnel for several years now. From working as a Tower Crane Operator, Teleporter Driver and Banksman, John is the full package. He has experience in all types of machinery and is a valued member to any site, where he uses his experience to help drive forward the project. He also sets the bar extremely high in his safe working and professional approach to his work and offers excellent reliability.

Brian Curran, Operations Director for Ireland, dropped in to visit John on site to present the award.

Brian on John:

John started on a project several years ago which was due to be an 8 week project and he hasn’t missed a day since. John has worked on some of the largest sites in Dublin and has been first man on site and usually the last to leave when completed.

We hope to continue the strong working relationship with John, and with him in our ranks we know our clients will be well taken care of.

Lee Morris representing our Southampton office

Lee has worked for 3D Personnel for over 2 years on the same Mackley site and is a great representative of our core values on site every day.

To recognise his hard work and dedication Connor McKiernan from 3D dropped into the site to congratulate Lee personally.

Connor commented;

Lee has never missed a day, is always on time and ready everyday to oversee a busy gate for our client.

Great job Lee 👏

​Well done again to all three awardees. Keep up the great work and thank you for being an inspiration to others.
