Warehouse Co-ordinator – Buncrana / Lisfannon
Location: Buncrana & Lisfannon
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a highly organised multitasker with a knack for keeping stock moving like clockwork? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Our client is on the lookout for a proactive Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our busy team across our Buncrana and Lisfannon sites. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll play a crucial part in making sure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the utmost care for our stock, customers, and team.

What you’ll be doing

Managing all goods inwards and outwards – receiving, checking, documenting, and reporting deliveries

Picking and packing customer and web orders with precision and speed

Keeping stock organised, labelled, and up-to-date on our EPOS system

Handling returns and credit claims and liaising with Credit Control and Accounts

Operating a forklift in the warehouse and yard

Supporting merchandising, sales, and in-store displays

Working closely with the Sales Manager, General Manager, Delivery Drivers, and wider team

Keeping it Clean:

Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

Support daily store cleaning with the wider team

Adhere to safety protocols, including correct clothing, safe storage, and end-of-day procedures

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth delivery operations

Support customer service and maintain a positive, can-do attitude when dealing with customers

Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions

What we’re looking for:

A natural organiser with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mind-set

Someone who values teamwork, takes ownership, and enjoys varied, hands-on work

Forklift experience (bonus if certified)

Previous warehouse, logistics, or stock control experience a big plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using systems for stock tracking and documentation
