Hours – Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Closed bank holidays

Annual Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year depending on experience

 

Our client is a premium stone and surfaces company based in Dublin, providing high-quality natural and engineered stone for interiors, including marble, granite, limestone, and quartz. Their services include precise measuring, bespoke fabrication, delivery, and installation for residential and commercial projects working with kitchen and shop-fitting companies, interior designers and architects

They pride themselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

They are now looking for dedicated, skilled individuals to join the team and contribute to delivering top-quality service and solutions to their clients.

 

Currently looking for a Sales Support Person/ Receptionist to join the sales team in their Dublin Showroom.

The Dublin Showroom is used by their trade partners to guide their customers in choosing stone materials for their homes.

 

What You’ll Do:

You will meet customers in the showroom, lead them through the various material choices available and then produce estimates from this meeting using the bespoke estimating software. You will receive information directly from customers, which you will generate an estimate for the trade partners and liaise with them via phone and email, ensuring that estimates are submitted to meet deadlines.

·        The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable and willing to learn new skills.You be able to work on your own initiative, yet also build a strong working relationship with other team members.Full training will be provided on the estimating programme, product ranges and all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

·        Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanour with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

·        People-Oriented Mindset: Build meaningful face-to-face connections and help customers to find the right product to meet their needs.

·        Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Attention to Detail: High level of mathematical accuracy and attention to detail when pricing jobs, handling payments and other administrative tasks.

·        Computer Proficiency: Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office software.

·        Team Spirit: An ability to work on your own initiative but also a willingness to support other work colleagues, both in-house and off-site.

·        Willingness to Learn: full training on offer on all the product ranges and offer on-the-job support.

·        Fluent in English: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

 

Desirable Skills:

·        Ability to read plans would be an advantage

·        An Interest in Interior Design / Home Improvement
