Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced No.1 Quantity Surveyor to come on board a £1.5M heritage refurbishment. They do a lot of work on heritage and listed buildings with values ranging from £100k to £5M.
You will be looking after all the commercial aspects of the job, such as, variations, subcontractor meetings, monthly valuations for clients, ordering materials and appointing sub-contractors etc.
Job Details:
- There will be a Project Manager on the site
- Manage and look after commercial aspects of the project
- Lead and drive all tasks independently
- Order materials and appoint sub-contractors
- Manage variations and monthly valuations for clients
- No hybrid working options
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience on Traditional Build/Heritage Builds
- Proven experience as a No.1 QS
- Strong references
