Skilled Operatives work on various projects in construction including reactive and planned maintenance. Often qualified in either carpentry or plumbing, they can be tasked with a range of tasks on a site, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting. It's the responsibility of the Skilled Operative to ensure all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standard and within health and safety regulations.
