It's the responsibility of a Security Guard to guard the construction site against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry. To achieve this, they must patrol assigned areas of the site at regular intervals and make a record of their inspections. Security Guards will check the windows, doors, gates, alarms, equipment and machinery to make sure they are secure and have not been tampered with. They will also permit authorised people onto the site and record their time of entry and departure.
