Site Manager

Site Managers will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all construction work is done safely, on-time, within budget and to the right quality standards. Upon commencement of a project, a Site Manager appoints staff, prepares the site and plans upcoming work before monitoring the project’s progress. Keeping in close contact with the site team and liaising with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners, a Site Manager also ensures all work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation.
