Quality Surveyors are required to monitor the progress of a project, ensuring all appropriate processes and checks are in place, as well as assessing and reporting any changes that could affect costs and timescales. Liaising with Contract Managers throughout a project to establish specifications and requirements, Quality Surveyors are often responsible for arranging a project’s pre-construction survey.
