Known for its reliable service and modern fleet, this family-run business is expanding and seeking a Regional Field Sales Specialist to help drive new business and maintain strong client relationships across Ireland.

This is an exciting chance to combine your passion for construction with your sales acumen. You'll be working in a dynamic, field-based role that puts you at the centre of major construction projects – helping clients find tailored crane and lifting solutions that match their project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
• Serve as the face of the company, presenting solutions directly to clients on-site.
• Carry out technical site surveys and propose equipment tailored to project requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with internal operations to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Travel across Ireland.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven sales experience, ideally within construction, plant hire, or heavy machinery.
• Alternatively, someone with on-site construction experience looking to shift into a sales career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of closing deals.
• Independent, motivated, and well-organized with strong time management.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Comfortable with regular travel throughout Ireland.
• You should be located in Ireland and this role may suit if you live anywhere from Galway to Dublin or most ideally if you are located in the NW part of Ireland – Donegal/Sligo etc.
