About You:

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Dispatch Administrator to become a key player in our growing operations team. This is your chance to be at the heart of a dynamic company that values efficiency, initiative, and outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and dispatching client orders with speed and accuracy.
Handling weekend customer service queries—email, phone, urgent orders—you’ve got it covered.
Coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
Maintaining key event data and keeping our CRM/booking system in top shape.
Processing orders, payments, and keeping the admin engine running smoothly.
Supporting the wider team with general admin duties when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
A sharp eye for detail and a methodical mind-set.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proven ability to juggle tasks and work independently.
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Bonus Points For
Experience with CRM systems.
A passion for football or sports.
2+ years in a similar role.
A third-level qualification.
Strong mental arithmetic (you can calculate on the fly).
