Pay circa €15 /€16 euro per hour.
Business operates 7 days 8am till 9pm , rotas are set out a month in advance .
Shifts and hours will vary across that spread .

Job Purpose:
To support the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy warehouse by receiving, organising, and dispatching stock and nursing home orders. The role includes maintaining accurate stock levels, managing nutritional supplements, checking invoices, and ensuring the delivery area is clean, safe, and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Dispatching Orders:
· Accept and check incoming deliveries against invoices and delivery notes.
· Record and report shortages, damages, or delays in incoming stock.
· Assemble and label nursing home orders accurately and efficiently.
· Prepare completed orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Stock Control:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
· Organise stock in a logical and accessible manner within the warehouse.
· Support regular stock checks and audits.
· Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock as needed (FIFO method).
Invoice and Order Management:
· Cross-reference deliveries with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
· Follow up with suppliers on outstanding items or delays.
· Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit and traceability purposes.
Nutritional Supplements:
· Take responsibility for ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of all nutritional supplements supplied to nursing homes.
· Liaise with the clinical or pharmacy team to ensure availability of required items.
Housekeeping & Safety:
· Keep the warehouse and delivery area clean, safe, and tidy at all times.
· Adhere to all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns promptly.
· Participate in manual handling and safe working practices training where required.
What we are looking for?
ü Previous experience in a warehouse, pharmacy, or healthcare environment.
ü Familiarity with stock control systems or pharmacy management systems.
ü Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or medical supply handling.
