If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager to join a thriving hospitality venue at the heart of Letterkenny’s buzzing social scene.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic bar with confidence and flair

  • Managing, training, and motivating a talented team to deliver outstanding service

  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, rotas, and compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations

  • Creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring customers receive a warm Donegal welcome every time

  • Working with senior management to develop promotional strategies, events, and seasonal offerings

  • Keeping a close eye on budgets, margins, and costs to drive profitability

  • Proven experience in a similar management role within the bar or hospitality sector

  • Strong leadership and people skills – you’re approachable, assertive, and good under pressure

  • A genuine love for great service and delivering memorable experiences

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of what makes a bar thrive

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times as required
