A Site Manager will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, to ensure all construction work is done safely, on-time, within budget and to the right quality standards. Upon commencement of a project, you will appoint staff, prepare the site and plan upcoming work before monitoring the project’s progress. Keeping in close contact with the site team and liaising with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners, a Site Manager also makes sure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation.
