Vacancy: Office Administrator

Location: North County Dublin 

Salary: €30K + package

 

3DPersonnel’s client is one of Ireland’s leading building and civil engineering firms. They services include traditional building arrangements as well as design and build and management contracting.

3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced office administrator to be based in their North County Dublin office.  The successful office administrator will be an organised and computer literate individual. They will be working closely with the estimating department and carrying out admin duties for this department.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Coordinate project deliverables
  • Provide administrative support for estimating team
  • Provide office administration support services as needed
  • Diary & travel management for Senior Management as necessary
  • Booking meetings, maintaining meeting rooms and arranging refreshments as requested
  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Managing kitchen supplies stock, office supplies and furniture

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated
  • A pleasant and polite manner
  • Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers
