Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join our team in managing traffic flow and ensuring safety at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing vehicles, pedestrians, and equipment on site.
Monday to Friday - Long term for the right persons.
You need appropriate ticket/card. Full PPE, CSCS card also.
Duties:
- Direct vehicles entering and leaving the site to designated areas.
- Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and maintain safety.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and visitors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements on site.
- Monitor and enforce site safety regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of deliveries and vehicle access to the site.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role.
- Ability to drive and manoeuvre vehicles safely.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage traffic flow.
- Capability to maintain order and manage potentially stressful situations.
