Primary Function of this role.
As a Trades & Labour Recruitment Coordinator (or Labour Manager as it is also commonly known), your role is multi-faceted.
You will be responsible for advertising current roles and utilising the existing database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions within the Construction industry.
Your role will be to manage customer requirements in a timely and efficient manner and deal with temp workforces who are at work with our clients (Construction companies) and be on call to handle queries from both the temp workers and hiring clients ensuring a smooth operation at all times.
There will be high levels of demand on your time from all parties so you will have to organise and prioritise tasks consistently on an ongoing basis.
You will manage the candidate and job process including payroll responsibilities and complete all paperwork and processes ensuring compliance with internal and client protocols.
Filling jobs is the priority in this role, you will build a network of suitable candidates who you can rely on to fulfil your clients demands and to ensure that all construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Who are we looking for?
This role requires a strength of character and the ability to deal with demanding requests quickly and someone who has resourcefulness and tenacity.
Maybe you have performed a similar role within the recruitment industry before?
In order to succeed, an understanding of the construction industry will be beneficial and whilst it is not essential that you will have worked in a construction related role directly this too may be beneficial.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with clients and candidates.
You will have the ability to match the requirements of clients and candidates, whilst ensuring exceptional quality, tailored recruitment solutions and delivering results.
A can-do and positive attitude, a friendly and personable approach along with an outgoing personality will help you succeed.
You will be confident with a very strong telephone manner and be comfortable speaking on the phone to people of all levels in order to build a rapport with customers (Clients and Candidates) quickly.
As you will be working with large amounts of sensitive data you must be aware of current GDPR legislation and have strong IT skills.
You must have a full driving licence.
