Our recruiters have been working with and placing staff in this business for over 10 years, they are a leading manufacturer with operations in Derry and in Donegal.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced qualified and competent Administrator to join their ever busy and expanding team.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the relevant supervisor, this position presents a diverse and challenging role in a busy engineering environment. The primary remit of the role will encompass the following duties:
• To monitor and maintain stock levels for the various process areas within Campsie (CPA/CMD/Joinery Workshop etc.).
• To monitor live production schedules ensuring orders are completed on time, appropriate paperwork is completed, including creating packing lists, dispatch notes, export documents and liaising with logistics.
• To prepare daily count, weekly stock report, compare against max/min stock levels and communicate the findings with the relevant personnel.
• Assist in the purchase of materials, consumables and parts needed for the service of machinery.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, purchase orders whilst ensuring supplier details are accurate.
• Organise works order’s, general filing, including invoices, purchase orders, BOM’s, routine maintenance and maintain production files with correct information.
• To ensure materials are stored/stacked correctly in an organised manner within their specified location and that any material leaving an area is booked out to the correct project.
• To provide cover across other admin roles within the factory, when necessary, e.g. in the event of staff absence, during annual leave, sickness or staff training events.
• Answer and redirect incoming company telephone calls.
• To ensure satisfactory safety and security standards are maintained and work to health & safety requirements, attending training workshops as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience in monitoring consumable usage, purchasing materials and equipment.
• Excellent I.T. skills, be computer literate in Office Systems, e.g. Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets, database and extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Display initiative, be positive.
• Demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity, customer service and quality assurance.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous review and improvement.
• Must have an awareness of workshop equipment, methods and procedures.
• Understanding of health and safety risk assessments and COSHH regulations.
